Ship's Description: A normal ship with a room for dining, bathing, and two sleeping rooms. The deck is wooden, and the ship has 3 cannons from each side.

Quartermaster: Shinku
Shipwright: (The person whom keeps the ship in order. Now, for a high maintenance or heavily customized ship, this is basically mandatory, but if your just using a run of the mill ship...well...its heavily recommended you have a shipwright, but optional.)
Cook: Vita
Doctor: (This is the person whom keeps the crew in good health. Now, if you have a good doctor, chances are, you'll rarely, if ever, have a sick crewmember. Once again, a very important position.)
Navigator: (The person who makes sure the ship is sailing in the right direction. Without one of these, its likely that you'd be sailing blind through the ocean, unless you had a map.)
Helmsman: (The person whom steers the ship, and a position that, more often then not, is overlooked. Even with a good navigator telling them how to turn the ship, if the helmsman is unskilled with what he does, well, you could end up sailing right into that hurricane you'd been trying to avoid.)
Musician: (The person that delivers happines o the crew. It's not important, and can be filled by other members)
Scout: (Basically, the person whom goes and checks things out when the Captain finds an island suspicious. As such, this person has gotta be fast, smart, and strong to survive whatever happens after they get off the ship.)
Sniper: Yasu
Cannon Master: (The person/people who man the cannons during sea battles. Now, this doesn't sound important, but when you're getting pursued by a buncha ships, once again, it can mean the difference between getting away and having to fight a grueling battle up close. Can be filled by people in other positions)

guys...you know at ONe Piece, at one time, they tell their history, and then a major battle begins, I want to do that. So, first I want to clear someone's history, then battle the bad pirate...who's first?

Ex:

Nami and Arlong
Sanji and Baratie
Robin and Enies Lobby
Brook and Thriller bark/Laboon

I think that is a great idea!
But I first have to made up a history for Shinku to clear XD
Well... not a great problem.. such things are always fun.

But I wouldn't do it in order of joining. It's better to look were the person came from and when is it likely to make her clear her past.
